I am in the process of having a pv system installed on the rooftop of my residence in San Francisco. I signed the contract in May 2008. Am I eligible for a rebate?
I already have 3Kw up on the roof, but my existing intertie can handle another 1.5Kw. I’d like to install another set of panels up there to fully utilize the intertie… would this qualify for a rebate?
I am a disabled person living on a shoe string budget who recyles ever thing that I can to keep it out of our land fills and hurting the enviroment. If there is any help out there to help me keep the earth greener please let me know!

I think that solar enegy is the wave of the future and i would like it to be part of my dwelling.
if more people would be more aware of the enegy problems in the the world then we would be better off
