The SFPUC put a ton of effort into this. It answers all major concerns of the board extremely well. I am not sure why they are stalling on the review when the public speaking interest has been OVERWHELMINGLY in favor of the pilot program. I honestly haven’t been this upset about something since college about 8 years ago. I beg you to read this in full.
